Kevin Nealon - SPECIAL EVENT

with Jade Catta-Preta
and Enzo Preisnitz

If you mention Kevin Nealon, it's not uncommon for people to immediately associate him with "Saturday Night Live." Which certainly makes sense. After all, he appeared on that show for nearly a decade - from 1986 to 1995. Since then, he's been seen on the big and small screen in an assortment of projects, from films including flicks starring his former "SNL" mate Adam Sandler to television stints involving work as a series regular on the acclaimed Showtime series "Weeds," host of the poker program "Poker Royale," and guest roles on such shows as "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and "Monk."

But whether people know him from this more recent work or think of him as "that guy from 'Saturday Night Live' " (remember Mr. Subliminal?), what many folks do not know is that before, during and after his "Saturday Night Live" gig, Kevin worked as a top-notch stand-up comedian. Indeed, he made his network television debut in 1984 on a little show called "The Tonight Show With Johnny Carson," and it was the artistry and strength of his stand-up act that in large measure accounted for Kevin being hired by "Saturday Night Live." That was more than 20 years, and he's only gotten better and better. So, don't miss this truly special event at Cap City!
